Meet Our Residents!
True believers at Covenant Living of Colorado.
Meet the fascinating people who could soon be your new neighbors at Covenant Living of Colorado.
“I am very pleased with the care that I received. It’s top notch. I came for physical therapy, but it’s the total care I received. Therapy staff are excellent, a step above. I have had outpatient therapy that didn’t come close.”
– Outpatient
“After two and a half years of hospice care at home, clearly, I could no longer give my dying husband the care he needed. Our whole family is immeasurably grateful he could finish his last three weeks of life in the skilled nursing unit of Covenant Living of Colorado where the nurses and staff clearly LOVE the patients they care for.”
– Spouse, skilled nursing patient
“Covenant is a relief to my children. They know that I am well cared for and can relax and just visit me. I have made such great friendships, everybody is so friendly.”

“I love all the games and activities. They have puzzles out all the time that I can work on. The caregivers are friendly and take good care of me. I even found out one of them went to the same camp as I did in Estes Park! I have many friends.”
– P.F.
“I would like to thank Covenant Living of Colorado for the excellent care provided during my recent rehabilitation at the Health Care Center. From July 18, 2014 through August 14, 2014. This was the result of a major back surgery.
The dedication of the staff was truly remarkable in their dedication to the residents in their care. The efforts of the therapy department were particularly helpful. I arrived at Covenant Living of Colorado in a wheelchair and left 18 days later walking with little help with a walker. I had physical speech and occupational therapists working with me while here. I have lived in Colorado for nine years residing in independent living. I moved to Covenant Living of Colorado to have the availability of all senior services for the rest of my life. With this latest rehabilitation experience, I am totally convinced that I did the right thing 9 years ago when moving here.”

As you plan for 2026, your IRA can provide two tax-smart ways to support the organizations you care about:
• Make a QCD
A Qualified Charitable Distribution can satisfy your Required Minimum Distribution and isn’t included in taxable income.
• Leave a legacy
Naming a charity as a beneficiary of part of your IRA is a simple way to create long-term impact.
Both options can help you receive tax benefits today while planning for the future.

Many people are surprised to realize how affordable and valuable Covenant Living can be once they compare the expenses. We offer a variety of financial options with different fees, health care provisions, and even estate benefits.
Ready to see how the costs stack up? Consider the expenses of staying in your current home that disappear when you move to a senior living community:
✅ Home Ownership: Mortgage or rent, soaring property taxes, home insurance.

✅ Lifestyle: Groceries, security systems, gym memberships, and specialized caregiver services.
The most valuable return is your peace of mind. You'll know your assets and income are protected, even if future health care needs arise.
