She later moved to Colorado and joined the Covenant Living team in 2012. She started at Covenant Living of Colorado as a CNA, and then promoted to Healthcare Unit Coordinator and SAIDO Chief Lead. In 2022 she was promoted further to Assisted Living Director and was a recipient of Covenant’s Inspired to Serve award. She loves helping residents utilize our continuum of care and find how our team can best assist as resident’s transition through all stages of life.
Ashley is an avid outdoor person and enjoys recreational softball.
