Our cuisine rivals Denver, Colorado’s best!
At Covenant Living of Colorado, our dining features ever-changing menu selections. You decide what you want for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll find a wide range of dining options, from homemade soups and fresh sandwiches to nutritious salads for lunch. Or you may choose to dine with friends and family in our restaurant featuring delicious dinner entrées including rotisserie chicken and seafood. Three daily meals are also provided for assisted living residents on each floor or neighborhood. Nutritious snacks are available through-out the day.
A dietician is available for consultation and special diets are always accommodated. Take a look at a sample weekly lunch and dinner menus prepared by our talented executive chef and culinary team here.
Keep in mind, you do not have to be a current resident of our senior community to benefit from our Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Skilled Nursing or short-term Rehabilitation services, nor will you have to pay an entrance fee to enter one of the areas noted above.
